Booking & Cancellation
Appointments must be booked in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

Pricing & Payment
Prices depend on the type and size of the service required. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

Liability
We take great care in providing our services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or deterioration of materials due to standard cleaning procedures.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide clear access to the areas to be cleaned and inform us of any delicate materials or special requirements in advance.
